I had a lot of fun creating the calendar assignment. It took time to really perfect the master sheet. It is always best to “paste into” when changing the photo, etc. I edited the humane society logo from a jpeg I found online.
I gave a dropshadow to a rectangle and put a textbox over it to create the Fun-Fact, this allowed me to easily change the color per month. To create the coupons I added a perforated stroke to rectangles. The one thing I could not figure out is how to change the calendar dates per month…so I had to do that manually.
It was fun finding the images and trivia online. I made the design myself, although a little childish, so are fuzzy animals.
